How is COREIT different from a company that only sells equipment?
We survey and design first, then propose suitable equipment. COREIT is not tied to one vendor, so our recommendations follow your needs, budget and current state, not commissions.
I don't know what I need. Where do I start?
There are two ways: take the 2-minute quick assessment to see the strengths and weaknesses of your infrastructure, or book a Consulting & design package (from VND 6 million). The consulting fee is credited up to 60% if you implement with COREIT within 45 days.
How is the cost calculated, and are there extra charges?
The quote lists each item after the survey. If the scope changes during the work, we tell you and agree with you before proceeding, with no automatic extra charges.
Is a small business with under 20 people a good fit?
It can be. This group usually does not need a complete package. We advise a level of investment that is just enough, for example a firewall and basic backup, instead of proposing more than necessary.
How long does implementation take, and will it disrupt work?
It depends on size and current state, and is agreed after the survey. Most work can be scheduled by shift, after hours or on weekends to limit the impact.
Is the equipment genuine, and how does the warranty work?
The equipment is genuine, with warranty under the manufacturer's policy and the contract terms. Warranty details for each device are listed in the handover records.
I already have an IT provider. Can COREIT work alongside them?
Yes. We can independently review your current system, propose improvements and coordinate with your IT team or existing providers. Replacing everything is not required.
Who holds the data and administrator accounts?
You do. COREIT accesses them only within the scope of the contract and hands over all documents and admin information when the project ends. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed when needed.
Is support available after handover?
Yes. COREIT Care provides monitoring and scheduled maintenance at 4 levels. You choose by risk level and budget, and can upgrade later.
Does COREIT do cabling and supply materials?
Yes. This is handled on the separate Construction site, either on its own or bundled with design. Send drawings or let an engineer survey to prepare the materials list.
Remote or on-site support?
Both. Monitoring, configuration and many kinds of faults can be handled remotely, which is faster. Surveys, installation and hardware faults are arranged on site.
