COREIT is a service brand of SUFAM VIETNAM., JSC, specializing in consulting, designing and operating IT infrastructure and network security for small and medium-sized businesses in Vietnam. Every system is surveyed and tailored to each customer's size, current state and operating context, to design the solution that best fits their needs and budget, with nothing excess and nothing missing. COREIT aims for stable, continuous operation of the whole system, minimizing interruptions that affect the customer's business, with clear SLA commitments for each service level so customers can feel at ease throughout operation.

No single package fits every business. Each customer has a different risk tolerance, budget and current infrastructure, so COREIT always starts with a real survey and never sells a pre-packaged bundle first.

- End-to-end oversight COREIT surveys, designs the architecture and oversees quality throughout the project itself, whether it is carried out by our in-house team or by construction partners.

- Independent, multi-vendor advice — We work with many equipment lines (Fortinet, Cisco, HPE Aruba, Dell, Synology...) and choose the right technology, tied to no single vendor.
- Handling "less than ideal" infrastructure — We are used to legacy systems, limited budgets and regions with different standards, and we know when to invest in new equipment and when to upgrade in part.
- Support after handover — Monitoring, scheduled maintenance and continuous technical support according to the agreed SLA.
