Independent advice, no vendor push
- Multi-vendor, no hidden commissions the team is trained across many equipment lines and recommends based on the customer's real needs, with no sales quota tied to one supplier.
- Survey before recommending no quote or architecture proposal is made before the current setup has been surveyed on site.
- Accountable under contract every Care package has a clear response and resolution SLA, and the operations team works to that commitment rather than "doing its best".
- Continuously updated technology we track changes in spectrum regulations, industry standards and new technology so advice is timely, never based on outdated information.
Team structure
4 roles throughout one project
Every project passes through all 4 roles below. We never hand everything from survey to operations to a single technician.
Survey & design engineer
Responsible forSurveying the current state, taking real measurements (coverage, network load, equipment condition) and proposing an architecture that fits size and budget
OutputCurrent-state assessment report + architecture proposal, usually 1–2 options with no vendor push
Implementation engineer
Responsible forInstalling and configuring equipment to the approved architecture, cabling to rack standards and testing before handover
OutputA system that operates as designed, with configuration documents handed back to the customer
Operations & monitoring engineer (Care)
Responsible forReal-time monitoring, incident handling to the Care package SLA, and scheduled maintenance
OutputPeriodic operations reports, with response and resolution times as committed in the contract
Project manager
Responsible forA contact point throughout the project, tracking progress and keeping to the agreed scope and budget
OutputOne single contact for the customer, with no need to reach several people for a progress update
